Three times a year, a new programme is published that gives an overview of the theatre's events. These include self-staged theatre, dance and musical productions, musical events and the cabaret series "Beckumer Spitzen".

The Filou e. V. cultural initiative's municipal theatre on Lippweg is an important cultural centre in Beckum.

In addition, the Filou Workshop, as a youth art school, offers a course programme for young and old in the areas of theatre, circus, music, dance and singing.
