Beckum senior citizens' policy working group
There is a well-established culture of cooperation in senior citizens' work and elderly care in Beckum. As long as 20 years ago, the organisations responsible for health and nursing care, the organisations responsible for helping the elderly and the town council joined forces to form the "Arbeitsgemeinschaft Beckumer Altenpolitik" (AG BAP).
Tasks
The working group meets once a quarter
- There is an active network exchange with the aim of creating co-operations
- It supports the preparation of senior citizens' planning
- It develops measures for the implementation of senior citizens' planning
- It acquires and manages funding
- It publishes a calendar of events for senior citizens
