Beckumer Spitzen 2024/25

Pure cabaret: redesigned programme is full of highlights

New format for events of calibre

The new "Beckumer Spitzen" programme booklet is larger, clearer and more informative in DIN-long format and is now available in Beckum town halls, municipal facilities, the Beckum municipal theatre, Sparkasse Beckum-Wadersloh, Energieversorgung Beckum (EVB) and Beckum's retail outlets. The new programme can also be viewed on the town's website at www.beckumerspitzen.de.

Supported by Sparkasse Beckum-Wadersloh and EVB, the cultural office of the town of Beckum has succeeded in presenting guests with a colourful mix of political cabaret, musical cabaret, comedy entertainment, literary cabaret and a singer-songwriter evening. This has turned a pure cabaret series into a diverse cabaret programme for every taste.

The show kicks off on 15 September when Stefan Wagubinger asks: "Have I already told you that?" He holds up the famous mirror to the guests, in which they can see themselves, the world or simply a Wagubinger.

Funke and Rüther
Funke & Rüther are "sharpened up".

Münster's flagship cabaret artists Funke & Rüther are on their farewell tour and will also be saying goodbye to their Beckum audience on 25 September with "scharf gemacht".

On 2 October, the North German vocal quartet "LaLeLu " offers top-class musical cabaret with its new satirical programme. "Alles richtig gemahct".

Rüdiger Hoffmann

Cult comedian Rüdiger Hoffmann, who is well-known from radio and television, guarantees an evening for the diaphragm and the heart on 7 November with his programme "Mal ehrlich...".

On 22 January, Paderborn comedian Erwin Grosche celebrates the small, the simple, the weak and: Westphalia.

In his new programme "Der Mensch", Holger Blüder takes a musical look at the character traits of Homo sapiens on 14 February. But only the less good ones, as these are much more productive - at least from a cabaret point of view.

Miriam Hanika, a singer-songwriter who Purple Schulz describes as a philosopher among German songwriters, will make a guest appearance at the Stadttheater Beckum on 30 March.

Simone Solga claims "It's true" on 12 April. "We once had the zero hour, today we have the hour of zeros," is the conclusion of her political cabaret.

The cabaret season concludes with a performance by Dresden's Herkuleskeule on 16 May. "Tunnels in sight. Laugh when it makes you cry" is the evening's motto. The Dresdner Herkuleskeule has been a guarantor of political cabaret at the highest level for decades.

Individual tickets for the events will be available from 1 July at a pre-sale price of 26 euros (box office 28 euros) at the Beckum town council offices (Beckum and Neubeckum locations) or via www.beckum.de/kartenvorverkauf.
