Thank you afternoon at the Altes E-Werk
15 colourful contributions to the video competition "We are all Beckum!"
We are all Beckum! This was the motto of a video competition organised by Beckum's children, youth and family support department to mark the town's anniversary.
The call was answered by 15 non-profit organisations, who presented themselves with entertaining, one-minute videos. The first 4 contributions were gradually published over the course of the week via the city's online channels. They can now all be viewed at www.beckum.de/wirallesindbeckum. The videos show how diverse and colourful Beckum is for children, young people and families.

To round off the video competition and as a thank-you, all participants were invited to the Alte E-Werk on Thursday afternoon. The youth centre's cookery team, led by Tatjana Mehlmann, had baked a fantastic anniversary cake especially for the occasion.

Over drinks and cake, 3 organisations were drawn by lot to receive a small surprise. The specialist service for children, youth and family support of the town of Beckum also presents itself in a video and is looking forward to receiving further entries, which will be published on this website.
