Appeal for considerate behaviour

When many parents bring their children by car at the same time, pavements, cycle lanes or driveways are often blocked and buses are obstructed.

The specialist service responsible appeals to parents of primary school children to only leave their children in the parking bays there. The children should also not be taken directly to the front of the school building. The pedestrian lights on Lippborger Straße and Paterweg allow children to cross the road safely.

The city will continue to keep an eye on the area and punish offences if necessary.
