Marcus Scheele receives the Fire Brigade Cross of Honour

Special award for special merits

The head of the Beckum fire brigade was honoured with the German Fire Brigade Cross of Honour in Silver for his outstanding achievements in the fire service.

Chief Fire Officer Marcus Scheele received the extremely rare honour from District Fire Chief Oliver Wegner at the fire brigade's general meeting. The laudatory speech was given by Fire Director Thomas Decker.
