Clearing of small trees

Future fire station site is being prepared

The new Beckum fire and rescue station is to be built on the so-called Renfert site. As the site is currently heavily overgrown and therefore difficult to access, the small trees will be cleared in February - outside of the protected vegetation period.

Investigations of the property are required for further planning. The award procedure for the general planning of the new fire and rescue station is currently underway.

The clearing work will be carried out by a company commissioned by the town of Beckum in close consultation with the administration and the geographer commissioned to develop the site.
