In addition, the subsidised area has been extended so that more owners can benefit from the funding. The Neubeckum town centre management invites you to an information evening on the "Courtyard and façade programme extended Neubeckum town centre" on 3 February at 18:30 in the Sankt Franziskus parish hall (Hauptstraße 35) . Those whose property is eligible for funding under the extended programme have already received a letter.
Courtyard and façade programme extended Neubeckum town centre
The town of Beckum supports property owners in the centre of Neubeckum with up to 6,000 euros to upgrade the design of their houses, for example by painting the façade, greening or unsealing the courtyard. The measures are intended to help beautify the townscape of Neubeckum. Anyone in the eligible area can receive a grant of up to 50 per cent of the costs for eligible upgrading work.
Annika Siebert and Serena Große-Kreul from Neubeckum town centre management will present the funding opportunities at the information evening and answer any questions that may arise. Anyone who is interested but is unable to attend the information evening can contact Neubeckum town centre management directly. The counselling service is free of charge. If further advice is required, an architect is also available via the town centre management. Here too, the initial consultation is free of charge.
City Centre Management Neubeckum
The Neubeckum town centre management team is on site on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the district living room at Hauptstraße 37. The consultation hour on 6 February has to be cancelled due to internal training. Consultation hours will resume as usual from 13 February.
