Registration dates for secondary schools

In the coming days, the parents/guardians of the current fourth-graders will receive registration forms and information on secondary schools via the primary schools.

The following are required for registration:

• the family register or the child's birth certificate,
• a copy of the last half-year report card,
• a certificate of custody (for separated legal guardians)
• and the vaccination card.
• In addition, the registration form must be submitted with all 4 copies.

The early registration process for Rosa Parks Comprehensive School (Neubeckum site, Turmstraße 11) will begin on Friday, 7 February from 11 am to 4 pm. Further appointments will be offered on Saturday, 8 February from 9 am to 2 pm and Tuesday, 11 February from 1 pm to 4 pm.

Registration at the secondary school (Windmühlenstraße 95) is possible as follows: Monday, 10 March from 8 am to 12 noon, Tuesday, 11 March and Friday, 14 March from 8 am to 1 pm and Wednesday, 12 March and Thursday, 13 March from 8 am to 3 pm.

The Albertus-Magnus-Gymnasium (Paterweg 8) will be accepting applications on Wednesday, 12 March and Thursday, 13 March from 8 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 4 pm and on Friday, 14 March from 8 am to 11 am.

The registration procedure at Kopernikus-Gymnasium (Vellerner Straße 15) will take place on Monday, 10 March from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., on Tuesday, 11 March from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Wednesday, 12 March from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

Secondary level II
To register for secondary level II at Albertus-Magnus-Gymnasium, a CV, birth certificate and a certified photocopy of the last two school reports are required. Kopernikus-Gymnasium Neubeckum requires a notarised copy of the last report card to register for the upper secondary level.
