Trade organisation works completely digitally

The digitisation of all business files at the city of Beckum has been completed. This means that the entire process relating to business registration, deregistration and re-registration can now be carried out digitally. Processing times are shorter and paper is saved.

More than 32,000 pages from 3,275 files were scanned during the digitisation process, which took just under three weeks. The large paternoster shelf has already been dismantled and paper files are a thing of the past.
