Yellow ribbon not mandatory for dogs

There is currently a discussion on Facebook pages in Beckum about people who allegedly address dog owners about the so-called yellow ribbon and sometimes issue warnings.

In this context, the Law and Order Service expressly points out that these are not employees of the field service. In addition, the yellow ribbons are a voluntary action by dog owners and are by no means required by law.

The yellow ribbons on the collar or lead are intended to signal to other dog owners that the dog does not want to or should not come into contact with other dogs or people.
