7 September
Sunflower festival with large flea market and live music
Local and national stars will take to the stage and provide great entertainment until 10 pm. There will be children's choirs from both Neubeckum primary schools, the Kopernikus-Gymnasium school band "The Basement Musicians" from 11.45 am, from 4.30 pm it's curtains up for singer-songwriter Alex Fischer and his band, and from 7 pm the band "Highlive" will provide the best party atmosphere with disco, hits, rock and pop and take the audience on a musical journey through time.
Guests can look forward to many other attractions to mark Neubeckum's 125th anniversary: Rodeo riding, street art and a skate area for everyone to join in. There will be face painting and balloon figures with "air & colour", a bouncy castle and many other free activities in the children's area. The tombola attracts visitors with attractive prizes and there will once again be delicious international cuisine.
Along Gottfried-Polysius-Straße, the flea market awaits bargain hunters. Interested parties can reserve a stand for 5 euros at the leisure centre, plus a 5 euro deposit. No reservation, stall fee or deposit is required for the children's flea market. However, it is a condition that the children make their own stall.
