Committees newly appointed
The unified election proposal, which the parliamentary groups had previously worked out together, was unanimously adopted at the Council meeting on 26 October. According to this proposal, the concrete staffing of the council was completely reorganised in line with the new majority.
For 2 committees there is now a new distribution according to the new majority ratios in the Council (CDU 14 seats, SPD now 11 seats, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen now 8 seats, FWG 3 seats, FDP 2 seats): In the committee for building, environment, climate protection, energy and awarding of contracts, the CDU has gained an additional seat, the SPD has lost a seat. One seat of the SPD group in the Audit Committee goes to the Bündnis 90/Die Grünen group.
There is no change in the composition and size of the committees.
