Book children for childcare now
For the next childcare year from August 2024, parents should register their child by 30 November 2023 if possible. To do this, they select all the daycare centres in question in the Kita Navigator and prioritise them. They should make sure that their personal details, especially contact details, are up to date.
Place allocation from February
Places for the coming childcare year will be allocated from 1 February 2024. Depending on the type of contact selected, parents will then receive an email on the same day or a place offer by post a few days later. The automated allocation process, which takes into account the ranking chosen by parents and their child's position on the waiting list at the daycare centres, ensures that parents receive the best possible offer.
If they wish to accept the place, active feedback to the daycare centre is required.
