In the "Vellerner Straße" development area in Neubeckum, a plot of land is still available on Weißdornweg for the construction of a semi-detached house.

The plot in question is parcel 639 (no. 1 on the plan) with an area of 246 square metres. The purchase price is 220 euros per square metre.

The semi-detached house must be built together with another applicant (plot 640). This would require a mutual agreement with regard to architectural style and fittings. There is also an obligation to install a photovoltaic system on the roof. The sale should take place this year if possible.
