The shortage of skilled labour remains one of the key challenges for companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises. The use of social media as a recruitment tool is therefore becoming increasingly important, especially for young talent. A social media expert shares his experiences.

The business development agencies of the towns of Ahlen, Beckum and Ennigerloh are therefore inviting you to the next digital coffee break on 8 November from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. on the topic of "Opportunities and strategies for social media recruiting".

Wolfgang Müller, social media expert at the employment agency in the Mettmann district, will provide valuable insights and practical tips on how to approach potential applicants in a targeted manner. Participants will learn how platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook can be used effectively to attract the talent of tomorrow and strengthen their own employer brand. After the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to put their questions to the speaker and exchange ideas with other guests.
