Road safety organisation offers training

Travelling safely with the pedelec

The pedelec is an environmentally friendly means of transport and a great vehicle for long bike tours, especially for older people. However, with the increasing sales figures of electrically assisted bikes, the frequency of accidents is unfortunately also rising.

For this reason, the Warendorf district traffic watch and the district police authority are offering a pedelec training course for Beckum residents on 23 October from 2 to 5 p.m. on the grounds of the Martinschule.

Register now!
As the number of participants must be limited to 15 people, prior registration is required. Please register by e-mail to rechtundordnung@beckum.de, stating your surname, first name, date of birth, full home address and a telephone number in case you need to be contacted by telephone at short notice.

The training is free of charge for participants. You must bring your own pedelec and a cycle helmet.
