Inspection of building files
The inspection of building files is now digital at the town of Beckum.
As the owner or authorised representative, you have the opportunity to inspect the construction file(s) of a building.
From 25 February 2025, this service will be digital.
Please send us the completed application for the provision of the digital file (to brand@beckum.de or luedeke.b@beckum.de) by e-mail.
The digital file is then provided by email or, for larger volumes of files, via an administration cloud.
Fees are charged for this in accordance with the administrative fee statutes of the town of Beckum.

| Each file volume with more than 100 pages up to 300 pages | 80,00 € |
| Each file volume with more than 300 pages | 100,00 € |
Hint:
As the files are gradually being digitised, it is no longer possible to inspect files on our premises.
Furthermore, it is no longer possible to obtain copies of individual parts of the files. The digital provision includes the entire file.
