This map shows the current planning law situation in the urban area, which forms the basis for the assessment of building projects. It shows legally binding development plans and other valid bylaws as well as development plans and bylaws that are in the process of being drawn up.

Areas that are not highlighted in colour are not within the scope of a development plan or statutes. In these cases, the permissibility of building projects is assessed in accordance with Sections 34 or 35 of the German Building Code.
