100 % climate-conscious - climate protection in Beckum
As one of 41 municipalities nationwide, Beckum has been a master plan municipality with a municipal climate protection strategy since 2016. The master plan "100 % KlimaBEwusst" shows how a reduction of greenhouse gases by 95 % and of final energy by 50 % can be achieved by 2050 compared to 1990. The project was continued independently of the funding and will continue to be implemented.
